Billing and pricing

Your account is set up with one of two payment methods, and pricing is tailored to your business. Sandbox usage is always simulated and never billed.

Payment methods

• **Wallet (prepaid)** — top up a balance; each order debits it at creation. An empty balance rejects the order with INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE and nothing is created.
• **Invoiced (on account)** — orders accrue to a running balance and rely7 issues a periodic bill your team settles on its credit terms.

Pricing

Pricing is per-business: high-volume customers get their own zone-to-zone rate matrix and multidrop discount ladder, identical in test and live. A zone pair that has not been priced for your account is simply not serviceable and returns OUT_OF_SERVICE_AREA.
